ASP Stock Sales

When: Sundays: April 18, April 25, May 2
Where: Friendship Center
When: Between services
Cost: $10.00 per share

One method of raising money to support ASP is through stock sales. When stock is sold we are able to defray most of the costs of the trip, inclulding gas, building supplies and our registration fee (which helps ASP pay for the 4 college students who work at each center).

Beginning on Sunday, April 18 and continuing through Sunday, May 2, our youth will be offering each of us the opportunity to "share" in their ASP experience by purchasing stock. For $10.00 per share, you too can take stock in the future of our youth! Shares of stock will be available in Friendship Center between worship services on the following Sundays: April 18, April 25, May 2

And remember, if you can't help us with the funding of our July ASP trip, please keep our group, as well as the families that we work with in your prayers. We thank you in advance for your prayers and support.

Covenant Dessert Bar

When: 2nd Friday evening (6:30-8:30) of each month

Covenant Dessert Bar Youth Ministries will host a "Dessert Bar" for various Wesley Covenant Groups on the 2nd Friday evening (6:30-8:30) of each month. Desserts and drinks will be offered, as well as childcare. Donations will be accepted for Youth Ministries.

Bailey and JuliaParents' Valentine's Night Out

When: Friday, February 14, 2003 6:00-9:00
Where: FUMC
Cost: Donations accepted

On Friday, February 14th, members of our Youth Ministries will provide child care at FUMC from 6-9:00p.m. Pizza, juice, cookies, movies, and gym activities are planned for the children while parents enjoy Valentine's day without the kids. Proceeds go to the Youth Ministries Missions of ASP and CUSP. Call Renee at 356-9078 to register or ask questions.

ASP Bread Sales at Great Harvest Bread Co.

Okay, here's another way to support our youth summer mission trip (ASP). On Sunday, March 16, members of our group will join members of 6 other church-sponsored mission groups to make and sell bread at Great Harvest Bread Co. All earnings from bread sales on THAT DAY will be divided 7 ways. However, our ASP group can receive 100% of ALL earnings from any orders taken by March 13.

Example:
order 1 loaf of 9 grain bread by 3/13: $4.50
proceeds to ASP: $4.50
March 16 purchase of 9 grain bread: $4.50
proceeds to ASP: $ .64

Orders are now being accepted. You must pick up your pre-ordered bread at the Great Harvest Bread Company, 2149 Neil Street, Champaign on March 16, between 10:00-3:00.
